We are an up coming Vapour Absorption air conditioner manufacturer, looking for a reliable source for pumps. We are building a plant with a 700 unit per year capacity. We will be buying a few pieces initially, but soon will buy roughly 200 pumps per quarter. Our specs are as follows:
1.5 TR 3 TR 5TR Fluid 30 % Ammonia, Balance water Flow, Liters per hour 200 400 666 Head, m liquid 170 Fluid density, Kg/m3 874 Other Properties Can be taken as Water NPSH available, m 2 Efficiency required Above 65 % Materials SS304 for contact parts. No copper/brass or natural rubber containing parts or seals Pump Details: Grams per minute For water: Density is 1Kg per litre. 1.5 T: 200 Litres per hour = 3333/60 grams per second. 3T: 400 Litres per hour = 0.4 metre cube per hour. 5T: 666 Litres per hour = 11100 grams per minute.Head: 170 M = 17 bar.
